Yes. The Egg-Stra Special Easter Charm Pack Offer can be added to a Jewelry Bar one of two ways:

  • Online retail order placed on OrigamiOwl.com/OrigamiOwl.ca or a Designer’s online shop (Personal Web Page (PWP)) with the Jewelry Bar Code entered at checkout

or

  • Jewelry Bar Guest/Hostess order with the SKU entered in the Quick Order Pad. Payment must be saved and applied during the promotion period to qualify for the offer.

The Easter Limited Edition Charm Pack can be found under Shop > Collections > Easter.

The Egg-Stra Special Easter Charm Pack Offer is limited to five (5) per Customer Retail order, 10 per Designer Wholesale order and three (3) per Jewelry Bar Guest/Hostess order.

Yes. Designers will generate 18.75 PV and 25% commission on Retail orders. Commission is not generated on Designer Wholesale orders.

If any item(s) is missing or damaged upon receipt of the order, please report it within 30 days at Returns.OrigamiOwl.com for a replacement (or O2 Credit if no replacements are available). Only the SKU of the offer will appear – defective or missing items can be reported with a comment of the defective or missing item. All promotional items carry a 90-day warranty for manufacturer defects. Any refunds requested within 30 days of the order date can be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds requested after 90 days will be refunded via O2 Credit.

An email with the tracking number is sent to the email address attached to the order, once the order has shipped.

 

Independent Designers can also find tracking for an order in their Back Office under MyO2 Business > MyO2 Orders.

 

Customers can also log into their Customer Account (if applicable) to find tracking under Orders.

Changes such as adding/removing an item, updating an address or shipping method cannot be accommodated systematically.

Orders shipping to an incorrect address will be returned to The Nest. Upon receipt of the package, we will attempt to contact the consumer for the correct address. If a response is not received within 24 hours, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Origami Owl only accepts orders within the fifty (50) United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau + APO/FPO addresses. Origami Owl only offers Standard shipping to domestic P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, US Territories + APO/FPO Military addresses.

If your order has surpassed the fulfillment time (2-4 business days plus allotted time for chosen shipping method) and has not been delivered, please contact the Care Team at 888-491-0331.

If your order is returning to the sender, please contact the Care Team at 888-491-0331 as soon as possible with the verified shipping address. If the order is returned to The Nest with no contact from the consumer, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment and a new order will have to be generated.

If your order is showing delivered but has not been received, we ask that you; check with your neighbors or front office, check the back/side door or patio as carriers tend to leave packages there if nobody is home to accept it and contact your local Postal Office. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact the Care Team at 888-491-0331.
