Advancement Bonus FAQs (18)

Advancement Bonuses are awarded to Independent Designers starting at the Career Title of Team Leader. To qualify, Designers must achieve the new Paid-As title for the first time and are awarded the Advancement Bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To qualify, Independent Designers must achieve the new Paid-as title for the first time and are awarded the Advancement Bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Team Leader, Independent Designers must generate 250 PV (Personal Volume), have three (3) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team and generate at least 750 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-as title of Team Leader, they will earn a $50 USD | $65 CAD cash bonus which will be paid with monthly commissions (on or around the 10th of the following month). If they achieve Paid-as Team Leader during their Ready, Set, SOAR! period (enrollment month plus 3 full calendar months that follow), the bonus is doubled to $100 USD | $130 CAD.

To become a Senior Team Leader, Independent Designers must generate 250 PV (Personal Volume), have four (4) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team and generate at least 1,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Senior Team Leader, they will receive a $75 USD | $98 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become an Executive Team Leader, Independent Designers must generate 250 PV (Personal Volume), have four (4) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have one (1) Direct Team Leader, have one (1) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 2,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Executive Team Leader, they will receive a Rolling Tote after the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Team Manager, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have five (5) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have two (2) Direct Team Leaders, have three (3) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 5,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Team Manager, they will receive a $150 USD | $195 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Senior Team Manager, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have five (5) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have three (3) Direct Team Leaders, have four (4) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 8,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Senior Team Manager, they will receive a $200 USD | $260 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become an Executive Team Manager, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have five (5) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have four (4) Direct Team Leaders, have six (6) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 15,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Executive Team Manager, they will receive a $300 USD | $390 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Director, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have seven (7) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have five (5) Direct Team Leaders, have eight (8) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 25,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Director, they will receive a $500 USD | $650 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Senior Director, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have eight (8) Personally Qualified Designers in their Team, have seven (7) Direct Team Leaders, have 15 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 50,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Senior Director, they will receive a $750 USD | $975 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become an Executive Director, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have nine (9) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have nine (9) Direct Team Leaders, have 30 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 100,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Executive Director, they will receive a $1,000 USD | $1,300 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Field Vice President, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have 10 Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have 10 Direct Team Leaders, have 45 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 200,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Field Vice President, they will receive a $2,500 USD | $3,250 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Senior Field Vice President, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have 10 Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have 10 Direct Team Leaders, have 75 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 350,000 TV Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Senior Field Vice President, they will receive a $5,000 USD | $6,500 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become an Executive Field Vice President, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have 10 Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have 10 Direct Team Leaders, have 100 Total Team Leaders and generate at least 500,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Executive Field Vice President, they will receive a $10,000 USD | $13,000 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

If you previously earned a Rolling Tote as a Team Leader or Senior Team Leader and would like to receive an Advancement Bonus other than the Rolling Totes, email Recognition@OrigamiOwl.com before the month closes (which closes on or around the 10th of the following month) and a credit will be issued of $125 USD| $163 CAD in Bella Bucks.

For your Sponsor, you will contribute to their Sponsor Bonus, regardless of which company they are with and their Personally Sponsored Qualified count, only if they’re Active in the same company(ies) as you are.

 

For your Mentor, you will contribute to their Mentor Bonus, their Direct Team Leader count (if you are on their Level one (1)), their Total Team Leader count, and their Team Volume in the company you are both representing.
