Independent Designers receive an exclusive Designer Recognition Charm when they enroll as an Independent Designer and purchase a Starter Kit and exclusive Recognition Jewelry each time they advance in rank for the first time thereafter. In addition, Designers can print Recognition Certificates to celebrate their accomplishments.

Once the business month in which a Designer advances in rank closes (on or around the 10th of the following month), the Designer can add their Recognition Jewelry to their next wholesale order in the Back Office under Shop > Jewelry > Recognition Jewelry. Orders placed with Recognition Jewelry will receive free standard shipping.

 

*Recognition Jewelry ordered with Jewelry and Business Supplies for combined shipping will not receive free standard shipping.

Once the business month in which a Designer advances in rank closes (on or around the 10th of the following month), the Designer can print their new and previously earned certificates under MyO2 Business > MyO2 Business Dashboard > Recognition Certificates.

We want to encourage Independent Designers to always strive for greater heights, so these unique pieces of Recognition Jewelry are only available through achieving a new rank for the first time. They cannot be purchased or earned through any other means.

Designers will receive a congratulatory email with steps on how to redeem their Recognition Jewelry and Recognition Certificate once the business month has closed (on or around the 10th of the following month).

If an Independent Designer advances in rank for the first time in a calendar month, and does not see the option to add their Recognition Jewelry to a wholesale order in the Back Office once the business month has closed (on or around the 10th of the following month), they should contact Recognition@OrigamiOwl.com.

If your Recognition Jewelry is missing or defective, please request a replacement via Returns.OrigamiOwl.com.

Yes! An Independent Designer can place an order for just their Recognition Jewelry and still receive free standard shipping.

Yes! A new Designer can Sponsor immediately after enrolling without having to generate a minimum PV.

*The requirement of generating 75 PV before Sponsoring new Designers only applies to Designers who became inactive with less than 75 PV in one (1) of three (3) months.

If a Designer is experiencing a medical issue or a hardship that could prevent them from generating the required PV, they should notify Career and Guideline Support prior to month end at CGSupport@OrigamiOwl.com to request an extension.

Beginning July 2018, Executive Team Leaders and above will become Inactive after one (1) calendar month of less than 75 PV (Personal Volume). As an Inactive Designer, they will permanently lose their team, achieved rank and the ability to sponsor New Designers (until becoming Active by generating 75 PV before Sponsoring a New Designer).

Advancement Bonuses are awarded to Independent Designers starting at the Career Title of Team Leader. To qualify, Designers must achieve the new Paid-As title for the first time and are awarded the Advancement Bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Team Leader, Independent Designers must generate 250 PV (Personal Volume), have three (3) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team and generate at least 750 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-as title of Team Leader, they will earn a $50 USD | $65 CAD cash bonus which will be paid with monthly commissions (on or around the 10th of the following month). If they achieve Paid-as Team Leader during their Ready, Set, SOAR! period (enrollment month plus 3 full calendar months that follow), the bonus is doubled to $100 USD | $130 CAD.

To become a Senior Team Leader, Independent Designers must generate 250 PV (Personal Volume), have four (4) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team and generate at least 1,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Senior Team Leader, they will receive a $75 USD | $98 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become an Executive Team Leader, Independent Designers must generate 250 PV (Personal Volume), have four (4) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have one (1) Direct Team Leader, have one (1) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 2,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Executive Team Leader, they will receive a Rolling Tote after the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Team Manager, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have five (5) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have two (2) Direct Team Leaders, have three (3) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 5,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Team Manager, they will receive a $150 USD | $195 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become a Senior Team Manager, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have five (5) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have three (3) Direct Team Leaders, have four (4) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 8,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Senior Team Manager, they will receive a $200 USD | $260 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).

To become an Executive Team Manager, Independent Designers must generate 500 PV (Personal Volume), have five (5) Personally Sponsored Qualified Designers in their Team, have four (4) Direct Team Leaders, have six (6) Total Team Leaders and generate at least 15,000 TV (Team Volume) within one (1) calendar month. The first time a Designer reaches the Paid-As title of Executive Team Manager, they will receive a $300 USD | $390 CAD cash bonus with the monthly commission payout (on or around the 10th of the following month).
