Yes! Orders that are being paid with cash will be held until payment confirmation is received (up to 2 calendar days). Once Origami Owl receives confirmation of payment, the order will begin fulfillment.

If a Designer/Customer is unhappy with the purchase of any items, the Customer Exclusive will need to be returned prior to a refund (if eligible) or O2 Credit being issued. All items are subject to our return policy (refund to credit card will only be made if return is processed within 30 days of purchase; item(s) can be returned for O2 Credit or replacement within 90 days of purchase).

If anything arrives damaged, you may report it on our Returns site at Returns.OrigamiOwl.com, with a comment noting the damaged item, within 30 days of the ship date for a replacement. If an item is damaged within 90 days of purchase, please report it on our Returns.OrigamiOwl.com website for a replacement.

Any orders placed outside of the qualifying window will not be eligible for the promotion.

All Customers who place qualifying orders on a Designer’s Personal Web Page (PWP), or OrigamiOwl.com, and all Independent Designers in good standing are eligible to participate in the Customer Exclusive.

The Customer Exclusive will begin on the first calendar day of the month at 8:00 a.m. (CT) through the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 p.m. (CT). While supplies last. Substitutions may apply.

We want to give your customers a reason to come back and shop with you each month. To do this, we’ll offer a Customer Exclusive special each month. The promotion will start on the first calendar day of the month at 8:00 a.m. (CT) through the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 p.m. (CT).

In order to apply an order with a Customer Exclusive to a Jewelry Bar, the order must be placed on a Designer’s Personal Web Page (PWP), or OrigamiOwl.com, and attached to a Jewelry Bar by entering the Jewelry Bar code at checkout. Guest orders placed in Jewelry Bars do not qualify for this promotion.

 

Orders need to be submitted by no later than the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 p.m. (CT) in order to qualify for the current month’s Customer Exclusive. While supplies last. Items in cart are not secured until payment is applied.

For orders over $75 USD | $95 CAD (retail or wholesale), there will be an option at checkout to purchase the January Customer Exclusive at a discounted price of $25 USD | $33 CAD. One exclusive look may be purchased for each $75 USD | $95 CAD increment spent.

When placing an order, the system will notify the Customer when they are close to the total required to purchase the Customer Exclusive look at the discounted price. The system will remind Customers again at checkout that they can add the Customer Exclusive look to the order if all promotional criteria was met.

Yes! All online retail orders that qualify for the Customer Exclusive can be attached to a Jewelry Bar by adding a Jewelry Bar code at checkout. Please note Customer Exclusive looks are available while supplies last.

No. One Customer Exclusive item can be purchased for every $75 USD | $95 CAD incremental purchase. Please note, Customer Exclusive items are available while supplies last.

Please first verify the following:

  • The order was placed during the promotional period (first day of month at midnight (CT) through last day of month at 11:59 p.m. (CT)).
  • The total of the order is over $75 USD | $95 CAD, not including tax and shipping.
  • The order is not a Jewelry Bar guest order.

If the order has met all three qualifications, please contact Designer Care and they will research the issue for you further. Any orders placed outside of the qualifying window will not be eligible for the promotion.

Yes. The Customer Exclusive look will generate commission based on Designer status and 21.25 PV. Inactive Designers are not eligible for commission on the Customer Exclusive.

Yes, wholesale orders made in your Back Office (excluding Jewelry Bar guest orders) will qualify for this promotion if the wholesale order is over $75 USD | $95 CAD, excluding the cost of tax and shipping. Wholesale price of Faces is dependent on Designer status.

Yes, one Customer Exclusive item will be available to purchase per $75 USD | $95 CAD incremental purchase.

Yes! The Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on all orders over $100 USD | $130 CAD for retail and wholesale orders before the cost of tax and shipping.
