As of March 1, 2018, a Jewelry Bar must be closed within 60 days of the chosen start date, unless a sooner close date is selected. If the Jewelry Bar isn’t closed manually on the scheduled close date, the system will automatically close it at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT).  Designers may extend a Jewelry Bar one (1) time for up to 30 days after the original close date.

No.  You will not be able to enter orders or have web orders attached to a Jewelry Bar prior to the official start date.

No. Once you enter Hostess Rewards and apply payment to complete the order (if applicable), you will be prompted to close the Jewelry Bar at the bottom of the “Payments” page.

Any orders with Payment Due or Saved payments will be cancelled and not credited to the Jewelry Bar total. Unclaimed Free Product credit (calculated from the Jewelry Bar total after unpaid orders are cancelled) for qualified Jewelry Bars will be credited to the Hostess retail account. Half-off items, the Hostess Exclusive discount and free shipping are forfeited. Hostesses can access their Hostess retail account by using the Hostess email address (used when creating the Jewelry Bar) and resetting the password, if a password does not already exist.

Hostesses with a qualified Jewelry Bar will be awarded Hostess Credit equal to the Free Product earned. Hostesses can access their Hostess retail account by using the Hostess email address (used when creating the Jewelry Bar) and resetting the password, if a password does not already exist. Unclaimed Half-Off items, Hostess Exclusive discount and free shipping will be forfeited.

Free Product credit for qualified Jewelry Bars will be applied to the Hostess retail account. Hostesses can access their Hostess retail account by using the Hostess email address (used when creating the Jewelry Bar) and resetting the password, if a password does not already exist.

The Kit Discount Code for qualified Jewelry Bars will be emailed to the Designer and can be used with the Hostess email address (email address assigned to the Hostess upon closure of the Jewelry Bar).

Yes! Notifications will be sent to the Designer one (1) week and 48 hours prior to the close date to remind them the Jewelry Bar will be closed soon. In case email communications are missed, Designers can view Jewelry Bar Close Dates on the “Open Jewelry Bars” tab of the Jewelry Bar Dashboard in the Back Office.

The Jewelry Bar Attachment Tool is a feature that allows Independent Designers to attach online retail orders placed on their Personal Web Page (PWP) to an open Jewelry Bar® right from their Back Office.

The Jewelry Bar Attachment Tool is in your Back Office under MyO2 Business > MyO2 Orders. Select the order number and qualified orders will have the “Assign to JB” option under the date and order number.

Orders will show immediately under the Jewelry Bar’s Web Orders.

Orders must meet the following criteria:

  • There must be an open, eligible Jewelry Bar
  • Only online orders may be attached
  • Order must have been completed on your Personal Web Page (PWP)
  • Order must be in the accepted or shipped status
  • Order cannot already be assigned to another Jewelry Bar
  • Order must have been placed after the Jewelry Bar was created
  • Order must have been placed within 30 calendar days of the start date
  • Only 15 orders a month may be attached and;
  • The order cannot be a Designer wholesale, Jewelry Bar Business Essentials or Hostess Credits order.

Independent Designers may attach up to 15 online retail orders per calendar month using the Jewelry Bar Attachment Tool.

The Jewelry Bar Attachment Tool is in your Back Office under MyO2 Business > MyO2 Orders. Select the order number and qualified orders will have the “Assign to JB” option under the date and order number. Click on “Assign to JB,” then select the Jewelry Bar ID from the drop-down menu. Click “Assign.” Once completed, you will be directed to the MyO2 Orders page, and the order will reflect in the Jewelry Bar under Web Orders.

Attaching an order using the Jewelry Bar Attachment Tool is very quick and should take just a few minutes. The order will appear in the Jewelry Bar under Web Orders immediately after.
