In the Jewelry Bar home, select “Edit Jewelry Bar” then click “Extend Close Date” and Save and Continue.

Hostess Credits awarded from qualified, force closed Jewelry Bars do not expire.

Jewelry Bar close dates are noted on your Jewelry Bar Dashboard for a quick reference and just in case email communications are missed.

In addition to being notified via email, on the Jewelry Bar Dashboard under “Closed Jewelry Bars” in the Back Office, the following symbol ($) will indicate Hostess Credit being awarded.

No. Orders using Hostess Credit work the same as a Hostess Rewards order in the Jewelry Bar. Any additional items added are considered an “overage” and do not qualify for PV or commission.

As of March 1, 2018, a Jewelry Bar must be closed within 60 days of the chosen start date, unless a sooner close date is selected. If the Jewelry Bar isn’t closed manually on the scheduled close date, the system will automatically close it at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT).  Designers may extend a Jewelry Bar one (1) time for up to 30 days after the original close date.

Unclaimed Free Product credit (calculated from the Jewelry Bar total after unpaid orders are cancelled) for qualified Jewelry Bars will be credited to the Hostess retail account. Yes! Notifications will be sent to the Designer one (1) week and 48 hours prior to the close date to remind them the Jewelry Bar will be closed soon. In case email communications are missed, Designers can view Jewelry Bar Close Dates on the “Open Jewelry Bars” tab of the Jewelry Bar Dashboard in the Back Office.
