As of March 1, 2017, a Jewelry Bar must be closed 30 days after the start date chosen. If the Jewelry Bar isn’t closed manually, the system will automatically close it.
As of March 1, 2017, Jewelry Bars must be scheduled within 60 days of the day they are set up in the system.

Yes. Once you enter Hostess Rewards and apply payment to complete the order (if applicable), the Jewelry Bar will automatically close for you.
The updated Jewelry Bar rules will apply to any Jewelry Bars scheduled after March 1, 2017.
Any Jewelry Bars that were open before March 1, 2017 will have 60 days to be closed, before they are automatically closed on April 30, 2017.
Any orders that have not been processed will not be processed and will be cancelled. This includes orders with a Saved payment.
The Hostess will be awarded product credit equal to the Hostess Rewards earned, but will lose out on the Hostess Exclusive and Half-Off items.
The product credit will be applied to the Hostess’ Customer Account. If the Hostess hasn’t purchased with us before, we’ll create an account to put the Hostess Reward credit into.
The Kit Discount Code will be emailed to the Hostess if Hostess Starter Rewards were selected.
Notifications will be sent to the Designer prior to the auto close date to remind them the Jewelry Bar will be closed soon. These reminders will be sent 72, 48 and 24 hours prior to automatically being closed.
