L.E.A.D. O2 Empowerment Summit 2019 FAQs (14)

Origami Owl® is committed to empowering our Designers to become more impactful leaders by giving hands-on training, the tools needed to build their business in the new year and the chance to learn from both industry experts and each other.

The L.E.A.D O2 Empowerment Summit 2019 is January 17-19, 2019.

The L.E.A.D. O2 Empowerment Summit is at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona.

The L.E.A.D. O2 Empowerment Summit is open to Team Leaders and above, as space allows. Registration will take place in three tiers determined by rank.

 

*Please note of the registration schedule.

  • Early Registration Fee = $175 USD | $125 USD for Canadians
    • October 1 – October 31, 2018
  • Late Registration Fee = $200 USD | $150 USD for Canadians
    • November 1 – November 30, 2018

 

*Canadians will pay USD for this event; therefore, the price is discounted to account for the exchange conversion fees as there is no CAD registration site this year.

  • October 1 – October 11 = Parliament Members, Advisory Board Members, Senior Field Vice Presidents, Field Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, Senior Directors and Directors
  • October 12 – October 18 = Executive Team Managers, Senior Team Managers, Team Managers, Executive Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders
  • October 19 – October 31 = Team Leaders
  • November 1 – November 30 = Open to All Ranks Listed Above for the Late Registration Fee

 

**You will receive a dedicated email when it’s your time to register. All leaders must register before the November 30 deadline. Designers who promote to Team Leader between November 1 and December 15 will have the opportunity to register for the L.E.A.D. Summit prior to December 21, if space allows**

This event is by invitation only.  Please wait for information via email with directions on how to register at the beginning of your rank’s registration period.  If you have not received the invitation and feel you should have, please contact Events@OrigamiOwl.com.

No, there will not be guest registration for the L.E.A.D. O2 Empowerment Summit. Owlettes and Co-Applicants can attend for a full-price registration fee.

If an emergency arises and/or you are unable to attend the event, you are allowed to transfer your ticket one time to another Designer (who is a Team Leader or above) from November 1 until December 21 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT). NOTE: Hotel room reservations require a first night non-refundable deposit of $199 plus tax. Origami Owl cannot override that hotel policy. Email Events@OrigamiOwl.com for information on how to transfer a L.E.A.D. O2 Empowerment Summit ticket.

Yes. The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is offering a discounted rate of $199 per night, plus tax. The resort requires a non-refundable first-night deposit at the time of reservation. The hotel reservation link will be included in your invitation email.

 

*Do not make hotel reservations until you have received your L.E.A.D. invitation email, as space is very limited. Your dedicated email will include a link to reserve your room.

**Any Origami Owl reservations made prior to a Designer’s registration timeframe will be cancelled.

No, however, the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass is the O2 Host Hotel and where all the meetings and networking will take place. Origami Owl has a block of rooms to fill at the hotel and appreciates Designers staying on-site.

Children under the age of two (2) who are breastfeeding may attend. Owlettes age 11-17 may also register for the event. No other guests or children are allowed to attend the event.

No, Designers are responsible for their own ground and air transportation to and from the event.

No, the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass will not be providing any type of transportation to and from the airport and the event/resort. There are, however, other airport shuttle companies that offer inexpensive transportation, or Uber and Lyft can both pick up from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
