Yes. The 20% off promo code does not apply to Jewelry Bar Guest and Designer wholesale orders, the discount is not applied to the cost of a June Customer Exclusive item or items from the Harry Potter for Origami Owl Collection.

The May Customer Exclusive will begin on May 1, 2018 at Noon Central Time (CT) through May 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. CT. While supplies last. Exclusions may apply.

All Customers who place qualifying orders on a Designer’s Personal Web Page (PWP), or OrigamiOwl.com, are eligible to participate in the Customer Exclusive.

 

*Designer Wholesale and Jewelry Bar Guest orders entered in the Back Office do not qualify to receive the May Customer Exclusive offer.

When your Customers spend $75 USD | $95 CAD with you in May, they’ll receive a 20% off promo code to use in June.

If your Customer shopped with you in May and spent $75 USD | $95 CAD, they received a 20% off promo code at checkout and via email to use in June.

**If the Customer was logged into their Customer account upon placing their initial order, they must log into their account to redeem their 20% off promo code.

Jewelry Bar Guest orders, over $75 USD | $95 CAD, entered in the Designer’s Back Office will not qualify to receive the 20% off promo code.

 

To attach an order to a Jewelry Bar and qualify for the 20% off promo code, the order must be placed on a Designer’s Personal Web Page (PWP), or OrigamiOwl.com, with the Jewelry Bar code entered at checkout.

 

Orders must be submitted no later than the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) to qualify for the current month’s Customer Exclusive. Items in cart are not secured until payment is applied. While supplies last. Substitutions may apply.

When placing an order, the system will not notify the Customer when they are close to the total required to qualify for the Customer Exclusive. Once the order is placed, the promo code will be provided on the Order Confirmation page, below the Order ID. An email will also be sent to the email address attached to the order with the promo code.

Yes! All online retail orders that qualify for the Customer Exclusive can be attached to a Jewelry Bar by entering the Jewelry Bar code at checkout. Please note, Customer Exclusives are available while supplies last. Substitutions may apply.

One Customer Exclusive can be earned for every $75 USD | $95 CAD incremental purchase. Please note, Customer Exclusives are available while supplies last. Substitutions may apply.

Designers will generate PV and commission based on the items purchased. Commission will be dependent on the Independent Designer’s status. Commission and PV will be 20% less with the use of the promo code in June.

Yes, one Customer Exclusive will be available per $75 USD | $95 CAD incremental purchase. Promo codes cannot be combined.

Yes! Orders that are being paid with cash will be held until payment confirmation is received (up to 2 business days). Once Origami Owl receives confirmation of payment, the order will begin fulfillment.

If a Designer/Customer is unhappy with the purchase of any items, the Customer Exclusive will need to be returned prior to a refund (if eligible) or O2 Credit being issued. All items are subject to our return policy (refund to credit card will only be made if return is processed within 30 days of purchase; item(s) can be returned for O2 Credit or replacement within 90 days of purchase).

Any orders placed outside of the qualifying window will not be eligible for the promotion.
