Designer Incentives (151)

Independent Designers will receive a “welcome” email from the O2YouMatterRewards website. (We recommend adding “Help@eliterewards.biz” to your address book to reduce the potential of the email going to spam.) A link will be provided in the welcome email which will allow Designers to generate a password. Once the password and security questions are entered, Designers will be prompted to log into O2YouMatterRewards.com with their Designer ID and password to view and redeem points.

Fulfillment process and timing will vary depending on the Reward purchased through the Rewards Website.  Details will be provided at the time of purchase.

Independent Designers will need to contact the O2YouMatterRewards team directly via email help@eliterewards.biz or by phone at 866-766-6035. The O2YouMatterRewards team is available 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday.

Re-enrolling Designers are considered New Designers and can participate in incentives as New Designer. Any points accumulated from the You Matter Rewards Program prior to re-enrollment are forfeited.

Re-instating Designers cannot participate in incentives as New Designers. Any points accumulated from the You Matter Rewards Program prior to re-instatement are forfeited.

Independent Designers will receive a “welcome” email from the O2YouMatterRewards website. Check your spam, junk mail and other folders to be sure you did not receive the email. We suggest whitelisting “Help@eliterewards.biz” and adding it to your safe senders list.  Invitations to those who have not yet registered will be re-sent on a weekly basis.

Mentors can keep the points that person earned for them in the past, as well as earn points on them again in their second term as a Designer if they’re re-instating. Points for re-enrolling Designers will be awarded to the Sponsor entered at the time of re-enrollment.

Designers who joined in November, December 2019 or January 2020 can still earn rewards through the Ready, Set, SOAR! Program and the You Matter Rewards program.

Designers who joined in January 2020 will not be considered newly sponsored for the You Matter Rewards Program and will not earn double points in February 2020.

On or around the 15th of the month following your enrollment.  Watch for an email welcoming you to the program and asking you to create your account.  We suggest whitelisting “Help@eliterewards.biz” and adding it to your safe senders list.

If you’re unable locate a welcome email for the You Matter Rewards website, we recommend first reaching out to Designer Care at 888-491-0331 and request the invite to be resent. If at that point you’re still unable to receive the invite via email, we recommend reaching out to the You Matter Rewards team directly at 866-766-6035 or by email at o2youmatterrewards@eliterewards.biz.

If your You Matter Rewards item is missing or defective or if you’re unable to locate your welcome email (after troubleshooting with the O2 Care Team) you can contact the O2YouMatterRewards team directly via email help@eliterewards.biz or by phone at 866-766-6035. The O2YouMatterRewards team is available 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday.

Points will not be final until commissions are closed. Commissions and Points will be calculated by the 10th of each month for the month prior. If the 10th falls on a legal holiday or weekend, commissions and Points will be calculated prior to the next regularly scheduled business day.  Unless otherwise stated, once Points are earned, they will be reflected on O2YouMatterRewards.com by the 15th of each month for the month prior after the close of final commissions.

Hoot Loot is virtual money Independent Designers can use to purchase jewelry and Jewelry Bar Business Essentials.

Yes. Hoot Loot expires 12 months from the date issued. Any unused Hoot Loot will be forfeited for Independent Designers whose accounts are converted to retail.

PV is not generated for the amount of Hoot Loot used. Purchases made using only Hoot Loot are not eligible for PV. (Business Supply orders never earn PV.)

 

If the amount of PV generated on an order is less than the amount of Hoot Loot used, PV will not be generated. Using another form of payment with Hoot Loot on an order will still result in less or no PV earned depending on the amount of PV generated on the order.

 

Example: If you use $50 in Hoot Loot on an order that generates 150 PV,  you will generate 100 PV for the order.

 

Example: If you use $100 in Hoot Loot on an order that generates 90 PV, you will not generate PV.

 

Example: If you use $100 in Hoot Loot on an order that generates 100 PV, you will not generate PV.

 

¿Cómo el VP (Volumen Personal) se genera en pedidos comprados con Hoot Loot de la Promoción del Kit Móvil?

VP no se genera de la cantidad de Hoot Loot usada, tampoco en compras hechas usando solo Hoot Loot. (Ni pedidos de Suministros del Negocio.)

 

Cuando la cantidad de VP generado en un pedido es menor a la cantidad de Hoot Loot usada, no se genera VP. Utilizando otra forma de pago y Hoot Loot en un pedido aún resultará en menos o no VP ganado, dependiendo de la cantidad de VP generada en el pedido.

 

Ejemplo: Si utilizas $50 Hoot Loot en un pedido que genera 150 VP,  logras 100 VP por el pedido.

 

Ejemplo: Si utilizas $100 Hoot Loot en un pedido que genera 90 VP, no logras VP.

 

Ejemplo: Si utilizas $100 Hoot Loot en un pedido que genera 100 VP, no logras VP.

Hoot Loot is available immediately after enrollment or immediately after being issued. Simply log in to the Back Office and select Edit Account > Points Account to see the balance.

 

To use Hoot Loot, simply add items to your jewelry or Jewelry Bar Business Essentials shopping cart. At the Payment section during checkout, you will have the option to apply up to the available balance of Hoot Loot credit to cover the subtotal cost. A credit card will need to be entered to cover the cost of shipping and tax.

 

*Hoot Loot can be used when purchasing jewelry and Jewelry Bar Business Essentials together for combined shipping.
