O2 Adventure: Costa Rica 2020 Incentive Trip FAQs (26)

Rainforests. Volcanoes. Beaches. Wildlife. If you’re ready for an ADVENTURE, then it’s time to set your sights on O2 Adventure 2020 in Costa Rica! Beginning August 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020, Origami Owl® Independent Designers who generate 23,000 Adventure Points will earn a trip for one (1), PLUS cash toward travel and Designers who generate 31,000 Adventure Points will earn a trip for two (2), PLUS cash toward travel to vacation in Costa Rica.

The qualification period for the O2 Adventure: Costa Rica 2020 Incentive Trip begins August 1, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) through March 31, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

The O2 Adventure: Costa Rica 2020 Incentive Trip to Costa Rica will take place June 11-15, 2020.

You can earn points toward the O2 Adventure: Costa Rica 2020 Incentive Trip to Costa Rica for PV (Personal Volume) generated and PV generated by New, Personally Sponsored Designers sponsored during the incentive trip qualification period.

PLUS, you can also earn Paid-As and Rank Advancement Adventure Bonus Points.

Earn one (1) Adventure Point each time you generate one (1) PV cumulatively during the qualification period.

*A minimum of 4,000 Adventure Points must be earned from Personal Volume.

Earn one and a half (1.5) Adventure Points each time a New, Personally Sponsored Designer generates one (1) PV, cumulatively, during the qualification period.

*New/re-enrolling, Personally Sponsored Designers are defined as Independent Designers who are personally sponsored during the incentive trip qualification period (August 1, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) through March 31, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CT.).

Independent Designers with a highest Achieved | Career Title of Senior Designer through Executive Team Leader will earn 50 Adventure Bonus Points each time they’re Paid-As their highest Achieved | Career Title.

Independent Designers with a highest Achieved | Career Title of Team Manager through Executive Field Vice President will earn 100 Adventure Bonus Points each time they’re Paid-As their highest Achieved | Career Title.

*To earn Paid-As Adventure Bonus Points, a Designer (including inactive, re-enrolled and re-instated Designers) must be Paid-As the highest Achieved | Career Title (Team Leader and above) they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

Earn 100 Adventure Bonus Points each time you advance in rank through Executive Team Leader for the first time.

Earn 200 Adventure Bonus Points each time you advance in rank from Team Manager and above for the first time.*

*To earn Rank Advancement Adventure Bonus Points, a Designer (including inactive, re-enrolled and re-instated Designers) must advance in rank above the highest Achieved | Career Title (Team Leader and above) they have reached from the first time they enrolled with O2.

23,000 Adventure Points =  Trip for One (1) and $500 USD | $650 CAD cash toward travel

 

31,000 Adventure Points =  Trip for Two (2) and $1,000 USD | $1,300 CAD cash toward travel

For purposes of the O2 Adventure: Costa Rica 2020 Incentive Trip, being Paid-As your highest Career Title is defined as:

Existing Designers

An Independent Designer who is Paid-As their highest Achieved | Career Title of Designer or above.

Inactive Designers

If a Designer becomes Inactive at any time, the Designer will be returned to the Career Title of “Designer.” To earn Paid-As Adventure Bonus Points, a Designer must be Paid-As the highest Achieved | Career Title they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

 

Re-Enrolled Designers

 

If a Designer re-enrolls, Paid-As Adventure Bonus Points can be earned if the Designer is Paid-As the highest Achieved | Career Title they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

 

Re-instated Designers

 

If a Designer left the business, or was deactivated due to inactivity, and re-instates – they will keep their highest Achieved | Career Title from the time they first enrolled with O2. To be eligible to earn Paid-As Adventure Bonus Points, the re-instating Designer must be Paid-As the highest Achieved | Career Title they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

To earn Rank Advancement Adventure Bonus Points, a Designer (including inactive, re-enrolled and re-instated Designers) must advance in rank above their highest Achieved | Career Title (Team Leader or above) they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

 

For purposes of the O2 Adventure: Costa Rica 2020 Incentive Trip, first-time rank advancement is defined as:

New Designers

A new Independent Designer who has never been part of the Origami Owl family who joins during the qualification period and advances in rank to Team Leader or above.

Inactive Designers

If a Designer becomes Inactive at any time, the Designer will be returned to the Career Title of “Designer.” To earn Rank Advancement Adventure Bonus Points, a Designer must advance in rank above their highest Achieved | Career Title (Team Leader and above) they had reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

If a Designer re-enrolls, Rank Advancement Adventure Bonus Points can be earned once the Designer advances in rank above the highest Achieved | Career Title (Team Leader and above) they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

To be eligible to earn Adventure Bonus Points for Rank Advancement, the re-instating Designer must advance in rank above the highest Achieved | Career Title (Team Leader and above) they have reached from the time they first enrolled with O2.

If a Designer personally advances in rank multiple Titles above Designer, for the first time in one month, they will earn 200 Bonus Points for each title skipped.*

*To earn Rank Advancement Bonus Points, a Designer (including inactive, re-enrolled and re-instated Designers) must advance in rank above the highest Achieved | Career Title they have reached (Team Leader and above) from the first time they enrolled with O2.

No. Only one Adventure Bonus Point type can be earned each month  – either for meeting the Paid-As or Rank Advancement qualifications.
