  1. Untwist the unique screw-top closure.
  2. Gently add your treasured item to the pendant. A small funnel is recommended.
  3. Replace the top and tighten to secure.
  4. If a permanent seal is desired, add a small dab of super glue to the top edge of the closure before securing the top. Please note, this step is optional as sealing with glue will void the jewelry’s warranty.

Items received damaged or missing must be reported at Returns.OrigamiOwl.com within 30 days of shipment date or within 90 days for replacement. If the size purchased is too small or too big, we recommend submitting a request on our Returns.OrigamiOwl.com website for a return. You will be issued a credit for the item, and the cost of standard shipping, to be able to purchase the correct size. Return requests submitted within 30 days of ship date can receive credit to the original form of payment. Return requests submitted after 30 days of ship date are eligible for O2 Credit.

It’s recommended to return the Living Locket Ring in the original packaging, if possible.

Our Living Locket Ring is available in sizes 6, 7, 8 and 9. If it is too big, we recommend submitting a request on our Returns.OrigamiOwl.com website for a return. You will be issued a credit to be able to purchase the smaller size. You may also purchase a ring guard if the ring is too big. If we do not offer your size at this time, feel free to submit a Wish List request on OrigamiOwl.com > Contact Us > Wish List.

We recommend removing avoiding water to ensure the quality of your Living Locket Ring.

The Last Chance category is an opportunity for Independent Designers to purchase great Origami Owl Jewelry that may not be available to Customers.

The Last Chance category can sometimes include discounted items.

All Independent Designers who are in good standing are eligible to purchase items from the Last Chance category.

No. Last Chance items will only be available for purchase in the Back Office and while supplies are available.

The Last Chance category includes retired or items that are available exclusively for Designers. Items will be shown at the final sale price in the Designer Back Office > Shop > Jewelry > Last Chance.

Items are limited to two (2) per SKU per order. Items are only available while supplies last. In the event an item is oversold, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. No rainchecks.

Yes. All Independent Designers will generate PV on each item. Commission is not generated from Designer wholesale purchases.

All sales are final. If your Last Chance item is received damaged or is missing, please report it at Returns.OrigamiOwl.com for replacement within 30 days of ship date. If there are no replacements available, you will be issued an O2 credit for future purchases.

‘Seasonal Exclusives’ is a term used to identify the life span of specific products that have seasonality, or that represent the theme of seasonal collections.

 

Example: Our Fall 2016 Theme “Modern Day Fairy Tale” included Seasonal Exclusives  such as: Castle Charm, Frog Prince Charm, Magic Wand Charm and Fairy Stardust Swarovski® Crystals.

P. ¿Qué significa ‘Exclusivo de Temporada’?

R. ‘Exclusivo de temporada’ es el término utilizado para identificar el tiempo de vida de productos específicos en una época o que representan el tema de las colecciones de temporada. Ejemplo: los accesorios Otoño 2016 del tema “Cuentos de Hadas en Tiempos Modernos” Exclusivos de Temporada son: el Dije de Castillo, Príncipe Azul, Varita Mágica y Cristales Encanto de Swarovski®.

Items will be referred to as ‘Seasonal Exclusives’ when they relate to a thematic or seasonal collection.

P: ¿Cuándo una pieza es identificada ‘Exclusiva de Temporada’?

R: Nos referimos a accesorios ‘Exclusivos de Temporada’ cuando se relacionan al tema de una colección en nuestros Catálogos de Temporada (Primavera, Verano, Otoño e Invierno).

‘Seasonal Exclusives’  will be featured outside of the Annual Take Out Menu in a separate Lookbook or digital flyer.

P. ¿Cómo sabré si los accesorios son ‘Exclusivos de Temporada’?

R. Los accesorios ‘Exclusivos de Temporada’ serán claramente marcados en los Catálogos y en Línea.

Seasonal Exclusives are meant to live the length of the collection (or while supplies last). We reserve the right to move select Seasonal Exclusives into the next season or retire them completely.

P. ¿Por cuánto tiempo las piezas ‘Exclusivas de Temporada’ están disponibles para la compra?

R. Las piezas Exclusivas de Temporada deben durar el mismo tiempo del Catálogo (o hasta agotar existencias). Una vez el Catálogo ya no está en Línea, nos reservamos el derecho de mover los accesorios Exclusivos de Temporada para la próxima temporada o retirarlos por completo.
