¡Asegúrate que tus preferencias son correctas! Si eres Diseñadora en USA, elige la bandera Americana en la barra superior como tu contenido; la bandera Canadiense para Diseñadoras en Canadá. Cada imagen promocional vincula a tu PWP y es específica para cada país.

In the My O2 Connection Mobile App, select Settings > Submit Feedback > Report a Problem. Emails will be answered in the order they’re received and you will get a response once the issue is resolved.

 

 

¿Cómo reporto un problema técnico en mi aplicación móvil My O2 Connection?

En la aplicación My O2 Connection, elige Settings > Submit Feedback > Report a Problem. Los correos-e son respondidos en orden de llegada y recibirás respuesta una vez haya sido resuelto.

It is compatible with iOS iPads, however, at this time it is not compatible with Android tablets.

 

¿Es la aplicación móvil My O2 Connection compatible con iOS iPads y/o tabletas Android?

Es compatible con iOS iPads; sin embargo, en este momento no es compatible con tabletas Android.

Yes. Contacts in your Contact Manager can be synced to your My O2 Connection desktop and mobile app by exporting the Contact Manger contacts and saving the file as a CSV. Once the file is saved, go to the My O2 Connection desktop app and hover over Contacts and select Import Contacts to upload the CSV file.

 

¿Puedo sincronizar los contactos desde Administrador de Contactos en mi Oficina Virtual a la aplicación móvil My O2 Connection y a la versión de escritorio?

Si. Los contactos del Administrador de Contactos pueden ser sincronizados a la aplicación My O2 Connection móvil y de escritorio, exportando los contactos del Administrador de Contactos y guardando el archivo como CSV. Independent Designers who subscribe to the O2 Bundle technology fee can access the mobile app. Designers that aren’t subscribed to the O2 Bundle technology fee can subscribe at any time in their Back Office > MyO2 Business > My Subscriptions.

If you’re an O2 Bundle technology fee subscriber, go to your Google Play Store or App Store, search for “O2 Perch” > download > enter your Designer ID and the password you use to log into your Back Office.

No. The O2 Perch mobile app is only available to Designers who are subscribed to the O2 Bundle technology fee. Designers that aren’t currently subscribed may subscribe at any time in their Back Office > MyO2 Business > My Subscriptions.

Yes! If you subscribe to the O2 Bundle technology fee mid-month you will be able to access the mobile app within 24 hours of payment processing.

The mobile app allows Designers to access their Back Office anytime, anywhere – including, but not limited to, notifications of rank advancements and new Designers, and the ability to shop and track orders.

Designers can view their next rank, current paycheck, PV (Personal Volume), PSAD (Personally Sponsored Active Designers) count, TV (Team Volume), DTL (Direct Team Leader) count, rank advancements within their Team and News from the Nest posts.

The Designer Wall is a news feed that shows when you or someone on your Team enrolls a new Designer or promotes to a new rank.

The “Commissions” tab shows Designers their weekly and monthly commissions breakdown. The starred commissions are displayed as the current paycheck on the Dashboard.

The “Career Coach” tab shows Designers their progress to their Paid-As title. Clicking on a title will show which qualifications need to be completed.

The “O2 Rewards” tab shows Designers their progress toward Storybuilder, O2 Jumpstart, Owlchiever and Parliament.

The “Quick Reports” tab allows Designers to view their own and their Team Activity as well as Business Reports, Team Reports and Monthly Recognition Reports.

The “News from the Nest” tab shows Designers the latest news from the Nest.

The “Events” tab directs Designers to OrigamiOwlEvents.com where more information can be found about events like the O2 and Willing Beauty Experience.
