How should I proceed if I wish to discontinue my subscription (or trial) to the My O2 Connection technology fee?

If you wish to terminate benefits immediately, go to your Back Office and hover over MyO2 Business and select My Subscriptions > Status > “Unsubscribe”.

If you wish to continue with your benefits up until the renewal month, we suggest removing the payment method by 14th of the renewal month by selecting Manage > “Do Not Use” next to the applicable payment method(s) then “Update Subscription” to prevent the payment method being charged on the 15th on the renewal month.
