What can I do if I don’t see the “My Videos” section in my My O2 Connection mobile app?
- Make sure you’ve swiped down on your mobile app screen to refresh.
- Please make sure you have the latest version of the app. You can go to your Google Play or App Store to check the “Updates” section.
- The “My Videos” section works with Apple iOs 11 and higher only, and Android’s “Android 5 (Lollipop)” and higher only. If your device cannot upgrade to those operating systems, this function will not be available on that device.
